Market Wizards by Jack D. Schwager. A series of great interviews with some of the legendary

Kaufman.
This is an excellent and wide ranging book which covers the subject
of building trading systems. This is not a light read as it is very
mathematical, but essential reading for anyone who wants to move in this
direction.
